The recently circulating APPLE.MAC.OSX.LEOPARD.V10.5.ISO-OSX has nothing to do with this blog. I don't know if it is fake, but I can assure that I did neither create nor upload it anywhere. My zeroed dmg was 6,1 GB. If your size differs, you have something else and it may be real.
Update II (10/24/07):
Numerous reports confirm that the true gold master is indeed spreading via Bittorrent and Usenet right now.

suppose the one in the torrent is 9a581, would it be possible to upgrade to 10.5.1 or update to the version that says '10.5' in the about box? does it even matter?

Official releases and updates also show build numbers like 9A581 in the about box.
If you click on "10.5" it will show the build number.
